Term 2 GALA Sports
Year 3’s will be participating in GALA sports this year. The organisation of the event has changed in 2017 to previous years. In previous year we have gone every Friday fo 6 weeks. The Zones Committee have change it to a two day round robin style event. This will take place on Friday the 14th and Friday the 21st of July. Year 3 will form two teams to participate in AFL. The students will learn skills in the morning and then play several games in the afternoon.
The reason I send this information to you now is to hope a few parents can help us out on the day. I can’t be with two teams at once so I need some parental support to ensure our Year 3 teams make it to their activities and games throughout the day. If you are able to free up your calendar on 1 or even 2 of these days to help out I would be greatly appreciative. If you can email me (email@example.com) I can book you in. You will not be expected to play games but we do ask they you wear comfortable clothes to be active during skills and conformtable for the day.
